We are looking for teachers lead the following classes:

Creating a Root Cellar in Your Yard or Basement or General Root Crop Storage Options
Know Your Bugs: Identifying and Dealing with Insect Pests Organically
Foraging for Wild Foods
Raising Chickens at Home
Aqua-culture in a Home Greenhouse; Raising your own fish
Planning your Household or Small Community Orchard
General Garden Planning - the basics, sustaining a family on produce grown, crop rotation, companion planting, etc.
