We are looking for teachers lead the following classes:

  • Cooking from scratch for large groups
  • Cooking with home-preserved foods
  • Cooking one day and eating for a week
  • Starting a cooking or canning club
  • Food preservation - water bath, pressure canning, drying
  • Specific preservation recipes - pickles, jams, veggies, fruits, etc.
