Learn the safe, easy and delicious way to take advantage of your garden’s bounty by making and canning pickles in a hot water bath canner. All materials, handouts, instructions and ingredients are provided to make a seasonal pickled product (likely cucumbers or zucchini). Leave with a jar full, plus the knowledge necessary to stock your larder with all kinds of delicious homemade pickles! Please bring an apron and wear close-toed shoes.
