Learn how to use common kitchen equipment safely to preserve fruits and vegetables, so that you can make healthy convenient meals right from the freezer! Compared with other preservation methods, freezing saves time and nutrients, and keep fruits and vegetables fresh-tasting and colorful. Participants process one fruit and one vegetable for freezing, and take a sample of each home to enjoy.
